PERU: a multiethnic wonderland! Today's Peruvian culture is a fascinating blend of Indigenous traditions, European colonial elements, and exciting influences from Africa and Asia. Peru is home of 12 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including the iconic Machu Picchu in Cusco. This ancient wonder served as a vital religious, political, and cultural hub for the mighty Inca Empire.
